Happy to say that we've processed everyone's orders and that puzzles are beginning to land in mailboxes across the US (and soon, around the world)!
If you have not received a Backer Survey from us please double check your inbox and your Spam folder. The survey was sent out from BackerKit so definitely search for that too!
We have noticed that backers who have used Apple's "Private Relay" or "Hide my Email" feature are not getting the BackerKit emails. If you used this feature during checkout please message us with your email address so we can get your survey sent to the correct place!

A big thank you to everyone for your patience as we worked out the kinks with BackerKit, we're excited to say that the first round of surveys went off without a hitch!
Every backer of this project has now been sent a survey via BackerKit, please check the email address associated with your Kickstarter (and your spam if you don't see it!)
Once you receive the survey you can input your mailing address and BackerKit will calculate the shipping. Confirm your address and settle up for the shipping and from there we will begin to pack up your order!
If you have any questions or concerns about your order please don't hesitate to message us directly here on Kickstarter. We're a small team but will do our best to get back to you quickly!
Thank you so much for your support of this project, the final puzzles, prints, pins and postcards came out lovely in person and we can't wait to share them with you!

So happy to say that our puzzles have arrived and will be shipping soon!
We'll be sending out a Survey via BackerKit which should help our supporters get the best possible shipping rates. It'll be our first time using BackerKit so please bear with us.
Looking forward to getting your puzzles, pins, prints and postcards shipped out soon!

Hi everyone! Excited to say that puzzle production has been completed and these beautiful new jigsaws are en route to our warehouse! We hope to begin fulfilling orders in a couple of weeks!!
Please keep an eye out for your Backer Survey which will be emailed to you soon, that will allow us to collect your mailing address, will allow you to pay for shipping, and will ensure that all rewards go out quickly and efficiently!

A huge thank you to all our backers!
As a quick update: our manufacturers estimate that we should have rewards in-hand sometime in July, so orders should start going out by early August at the latest!
